The Passage is a series of immersive digital artworks built around the idea of a mental and perceptual journey.
Through fictional architectures composed of monumental columns, colorful corridors, and deep perspectives, the series explores how space can become an inner experience.
Bright colors, reflective surfaces, and repetitive structures create a sensation of silent, almost meditative movement. This immersive dimension may also evoke certain contemporary digital experiences developed by teamLab, where the image becomes a traversable perceptual environment. The gaze gradually moves toward darker areas where the architecture seems to dissolve, revealing an ambiguous space between presence and disappearance.
Inspired both by certain Japanese architectures close to the minimalist approach of Tadao Ando, contemporary installations, and AI-generated digital environments, the series questions our relationship to memory, emptiness, and the transformation of images.
Created through a hybrid process combining artificial intelligence, digital composition, and post-production using Photoshop and Krita, these works extend an ongoing exploration of mental architectures and transitional spaces already present in other series by the artist.
