Laurie CARTđź‘€N
Contemporary & Digital Artist | Explorer of colour, memory and emotion
Laurie CARTđź‘€N develops a singular artistic practice where colour, the human face and light become sensitive territories of exploration. A former fashion designer trained in Haute Couture, she has transferred her love for detail and texture into the digital realm, blending photography, digital painting and artificial intelligence into a visual language that is deeply personal.
Her universe is figurative, vibrant and emotional. Through luminous and contemporary aesthetics, she creates portraits that question memory, identity and presence — images that float between reconstructed reality and poetic vision.
A pioneer in the creative use of generative AI, she transforms her own photographs and sketches to invent hybrid figures suspended between intimacy and imagination. Far from relying on automation, her process is built upon continuous back-and-forth work with the machine, shaping each image until a visual and emotional harmony emerges.
Exhibitions & Institutional Presence
Her work has been shown in France and internationally:
Paris (Salon d’Automne, Art Capital, Champs-Élysées), New York (Times Square), Miami (Art Basel), Berlin, Barcelona…
She also exhibits permanently at the Espace Vision’Art Gallery in Paris.
Artistic Approach
Through each portrait, Laurie CART👀N seeks to express an inner vibration — a spark, a silence, a memory. Her work becomes a joyful and sensitive field of experimentation, where digital art resonates with major contemporary themes such as identity, memory and transformation.
Motto
“Create with joy, colour and freedom.”
Welcome to a world where every image is a celebration of colour, light and emotion.
